I started riding again after a 20 year hiatus. My Dad has been an ardent rider...

Re: The Meltdown Vintage Bike Show, Hendersonville NC

Re: Wednesday Night BIKE NIGHT G'ville??

Just saw Mac's Speed Shop downtown has a bike night on Thursday nights.

I'm not much of a bike nights kind of guy but, I like Mac's. Maybe worth checking out if you don't mind the downtown traffic....

Re: Dynamic damping control

Maybe one day soon engineers will design a motorcycle that can ride itself without a human being in the saddle. We can watch our location on GPS and use on board cameras to see how well were doing! ...

Re: Didn't Need Them...Bought Them Anyway...

I understand your point completely, DD. I recall a recent incident where I took my ST in for some new tires and got the bike back with a broken speedo cable and chipped paint. (Yes, I made them fix...

Re: Didn't Need Them...Bought Them Anyway...

I like to support the local shops.

My mechanical skills are limited to isolating a problem and the rudimentary stuff. I'm paranoid about Ducati valve adjustments and when the time comes, I'll bring...

Re: Didn't Need Them...Bought Them Anyway...

Did you see Bellissimoto relocated to Greenville? Their shop's on White Horse Rd across from Kimbrell's furniture.

I haven't been inside to see what they have on the shelves yet; the parking lot...

Re: Help!!!!!!!!

Is the chain play up to specs?

Sprockets warped?

Bent rim?

Have you messed with the rear shock preload adjustment to see if that makes a difference?

Weird. Probably one of those things the dealer...

I'm so proud of my wife, she almost makes two-up riding effortless.

Re: Vicki Got Crashed...

Great story! She's tougher than me!

I love riding in Georgia too.
It appears to me that Georgia cuts back their trees and dirt in the corner apexes through the twisty roads so you can see through...

Canadian geese?
:UFO

I hit a squirrel Sunday.
I almost always never change my path when one runs out front and they usually dart away from my front tire at some point before impact. So, this time...

Re: My loose screw

Wow, that's some pretty specialized hardware right there. It has to be stainless as titanium wouldn't have wallered out.

I wonder if they use vice grips to back out hardware for when the head...

Sometimes when I'm a little hotter into the corner than anticipated I can stray a bit...
