Default From South Charlotte to Brevard

Team,
My first post here. I'm happy to be part of this group.
I'm looking for some suggestions on how to get to Brevard from Pineville.
My route takes me from 485 to 85 to 74. Basically a long and boring stretch of highways.
I wonder if there is a more scenic and/or fun route.
Thank you in advance for any suggestion.

Unfortunately that is the most direct route...to get to fun you'll be adding a bunch of time.

Cool Re: From South Charlotte to Brevard

Next time you head that direction, take 85 S to Gaffney and cut over the top of SC on Rt. 11 to Caesars Head State Park and then head N. on 276 straight into Brevard. Far more enjoyable ride.
