Here is some interesting material with reccomendations for basic suspension set ups for different bikes.

These are only reccomendations! To set up the suspension for your bike considering your weight and riding style, you need to see a Suspension Tech!

One of our own recently went through Ohlins Training, so we have all the expertise already amongst us.
