Default 22 June Sunday ride

Guys,
What a great day,put this one in the books as done and run.....overcast is what it was when we left out....73degrees on the way up and humidity was somewhere near 75%...nice though...By the way only three of us showed.....
really missed out on a good run....Rick rode most of the way but went home on a mission of mercy......So Mille Mike and I rode on...we thought there was going to be a chance meeting with the local constabulary ,but a van blocke him......Up at the old place and see there is a new joint to open"olive branch" is the name.....hope food and service is to be the game......They can so make a ton on Sundays...if they serve and have good food......good luck to them.....Some body said something about seafood today and got me thinking of a "Cat Fish Run"
Now if you haven't done this one with us...the food is dynamite...the ride is about a hundred miles one way but there are several ways to get to the place....oh the name is Hollands Shelter Creek {and have a web site w/ same name} The resturaunt sits on pilings out over the lower Cape Fear......the water is as black as coal...and some say that Mike Morley can tell how cold and deep too.......This is one run worth doing....Its mostly nice sweepers going down...then about 15-20 miles of straight up......we might could coax M3 into a short sight seeing adventure around Pender County.....Now you guys know there be jar heads down that a way,and we can't have them showin us up.......So til next time......and dont forget about Friday with the ladies......
