1. Yes, you can run the light , but you must wait a specific time (3 minutes I think, not sure about this).
2. No, the limit is the limit. But we all speed. 3. No, California is the only state that allows lane splitting. 4. No, cops are all pricks, Myrtle Beach is the worst. -benzeno
