Default Suspension Help

I Bought a 2008 CBR1000RR and am attempting to set up the rider sag. I bought a book "Sportbike suspension tunning" and have read thru the majority of it closley. I tried to set up the front fork sag which is supposed to be b/w 30mm and 35mm. I adjusted the preload out as far as it would adjust till i hit the stop and my sag is still around 20mm. I weigh 160 pounds and am 5Ft. 9in. is there a way to increase the sag more without changing the springs on this brand new bike? Please help this is becoming a pain in the @$$...
