Default 2005 SV650 noise behind drive sprocket ???

Could use some help on this, PLEEEEZ?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tqiOVjbTo5Y

The SV is on the rear stand at Idle 1100 RPM. Noise / clacking is coming from the sprocket area. The SV is in neutral, the sound is not noticeable until it is leaned to the rightside then it will jump in/out of gear. Notice the Sprocket/chain movement.
When the SV is back to the strait up position, everything goes back to normal.
Any suggestions?
