I have done trackdays with Nesba, Turn1 and US Desmo. For a 1st trackday I would go with desmo. The pace is usually slower, the crowd is great and they usually have a fairly low incident rate. A lot of rare italian bikes around, its a good day all around.
With that said I would not shy away from nesba either, the CR's are great, if you are having trouble with something, go talk to them, they are usually happy to give you a tow, advice.

Turn One is a great group and I would ride with them again, but they are not a great choice for a first trackday. They prefer if you have a couple of trackdays under your belt, should be comfortable with getting passed on the inside.
